Notice of Informed Consent: By uploading content, creating an account, or interacting with GLORB, you acknowledge and consent to our moderation practices, data handling procedures, and all policies outlined in this agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GLORB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GLORB.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GLORB. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. GLORB reserves the right to verify your age and suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Account Security and Passkey Authentication

GLORB uses passkey authentication technology in accordance with platform-level security standards provided by Apple, Google, and other supported platforms. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your passkey and associated devices
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying GLORB of any unauthorized access
  • Understanding that passkeys are stored securely on your device using industry-standard encryption

GLORB cannot recover lost passkeys and is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised devices or shared credentials.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Standards

You agree not to use GLORB to upload, post, or transmit content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Depicts violence, illegal activities, or harmful behavior
  • Contains sexually explicit material or nudity
  • Promotes dangerous or illegal substances
  • Includes spam, malware, or deceptive content
  • Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
  • Contains false or misleading information

5. Intellectual Property and Content Licensing

When you upload content to GLORB, you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights. However, you grant GLORB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (solely for formatting and technical optimization), publicly perform, display, distribute, and otherwise make available such content through the Service.

This license includes the right to:

  • Display your content in feeds, search results, and recommendations
  • Create thumbnails and previews for technical functionality
  • Use content in promotional materials with your consent
  • Distribute content across our platform and affiliated services

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

6. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

GLORB complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent. 7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using GLORB, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Content Moderation and Enforcement

GLORB employs both automated systems (including machine learning algorithms) and human review to moderate content and enforce these Terms. We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
  • Take any other action deemed necessary to protect our users and platform

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. GLORB has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report any post or comment using the report option in its “…” menu, block any user from their profile, and reach us at [email protected]. When content that is objectionable or abusive is reported, we review it and remove the content and eject the user who posted it within 24 hours. We also filter content with automated systems and may remove violating content proactively at our discretion, though we cannot guarantee we monitor every piece of user-generated content.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLORB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLORB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLORB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO GLORB IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLORB and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination and Survival

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. GLORB may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Survival: The provisions of this agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of GLORB shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

The arbitration will be conducted in the State of Texas, United States of America, and governed by Texas state law. You and GLORB agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

GLORB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and GLORB regarding the Service.

1. DMCA Compliance

GLORB respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and terminate repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on GLORB infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on our service
  • Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized

3. DMCA Counter-Notification

Community Guidelines

1. Respect and Safety

GLORB is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threats
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent
  • Impersonation or identity theft
  • Spam or excessive promotional content

2. Content Standards

All content must comply with our Terms of Service. Additionally, we encourage:

  • Respectful interaction with other users

  • Constructive feedback and discussions

3. Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: reported objectionable content is removed and the responsible user ejected within 24 hours.
